DUCTED FAN R/C MODEL AIRCRAFT .WITH RHOM AIR RETRACTS ,TURBAX FAN WITH OS.65 VR DF ENGINE GLOW AND TUNED PIPE . 47 " .WINGSPAN , 57 " FUSELAGE . WEIGHT 11 POUNDS . THIS MODEL IS BRAND NEW NEVER FLOWN AND HAS NO ELECTRONICS. ( THE ENGINE AND FAN ARE USED BUT IN GOOD CONDITION .)
DESIGNED BY CHAMPION MODELER BOB VIOLETT , THE A-4 SKYHAWK WAS ONE OF THE FIRST R/C DUCTED FAN MODEL . WINNER OF MANY CONTESTS AND THRILLER OF THOUSANDS AT DIFFERENT R/C MEETS . THE PROTOTYPE WAS CLOCKED AT 116 MPH AT LEVEL FLIGHT IN 1979 WITH A K&B .45. THIS PARTICULAR MODEL IS A MASTERPIECE ,A WORK OF ART WITH AN EPOXY PAINT FINISH LIKE A CAR. TOOK OVER 600 HOURS TO BUILD HERE IN CANADA BY ONE OUR BEST MODELER -FLYER.
THIS MODEL IS THE SUMMUM IN VISUAL AND EMOTIONAL IN FLIGHT AND IS FOR THE ELITE R/C PILOT.
