Forums have been upgraded to v3.7.0, you can read about all the changes here (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=268833).
The biggest changes are in user profiles, custom albums, social groups, assigning tags to threads (used for search retrieval).
Note: Links Directory is currently disabled/broken, needs to be upgraded so I'm aware of it.
