Les bénévoles : 8:30 AM
Comme toujours, nous sommes à la recherche de bénévoles pour aider à faire un grand succès comme les années précédentes.
Comme d'habitude : hamburgers, hot-dogs, maïs et les boissons gazeuses et l'eau, Veggie, Sans Gluten
Nous avons besoin de bénévoles pour :
Cuisson : besoin d'un cuisinier
Bénévoles pour aider à l'épi de maïs.
Tableaux : deux volontaires pour mettre les tentes, des tables et récupérer des objets après :
Deux volontaires pour servir

Parking : deux volontaires (de 9 à 12:30)
Démos de vol :
Demos.....................Tout
Vol 3D
Vol FPV vol IMAC :
Bénévoles pour les vendre (tirage paie pour la plupart des dépenses alimentaires)
Détail des ordures : deux volontaires pour nettoyer le terrain après et porter le sac pour un dépôt ou pour-récupération.
Un sac poubelle marquée "canettes vides" et une autre «bouteille d'eau"

Concours : un volontaire pour gérer le concours d'atterrissage

Un volontaire pour permettre aux enfants de voler l'avion de WIMAC

Voisins : bénévoles pour distribuer les invitations écrites à nos voisins (une semaine avant)

Des appareils de cuisine : un volontaire pour ranger tout l'équipement de

Sécurité : deux volontaires pour délimiter les zones dangereuses à l'aide de ruban adhésif et maintenir la sécurité pendant l'événement.
Il n'y aura pas de « MAIDEN » au cours de l'Funfly !
Si vous voulez faire du bénévolat veuillez poster votre nom dans ce fil !

Nous avons besoin :
Glacières pour les boissons non alcoolisées et de l'eau (jamais trop de glace)
Sacs à ordures en plastique

Saturday August 31st - Fallback because of weather will be Sept. 1nd or Sept. 2nd

Opening: 9 AM
Volunteers: Show up 8:30 AM
As always, we are looking for volunteers to help make it a great success like previous years.
As usual: hamburgers, hotdogs, Veggie, Gluten Free, corn on the cob and soft drinks and water.

Volunteers are needed for:
Cooking: Need a cook
One or two volunteers to help husk the corn.
Tables: two volunteers to set the tents, tables for lunch and collect items after lunch
Lunch: two volunteers to serve the food and soft drinks.
Parking: two volunteers (from 9 to 12:30)

Flight demos: 3D flying
FPV flying IMAC flying
Any Demo is welcome!
Raffle: volunteers to sell them (the raffle pays for most of the food expenses)
Garbage detail: two volunteers to clean the field after and bring the bags to a dump site or for deposit recovery.
One garbage bag marked "Empty cans" and another "Water bottles"
Contest: one volunteer to manage the landing contest

Flying tries by the public: one volunteer to allow kids to fly WIMAC's plane

Neighbors: one or two volunteers to distribute the written invitations to our neighbors (one week before)

Cooking equipment: one volunteer to stow away all the equipment

Safety: two volunteers to delimit the unsafe areas with tape and maintain safety during the event.

There will be no Maiden flights during the Funfly!

We need:
Coolers for the soft drinks and water (never too many) & Ice, Large water containers, Plastic garbage bags.

The attached is the neighborhood flyer that needs to be distributed 3 - 7 days before the event (once we know that there are enough volunteers to make the event happen!) To volunteer for this task contact Michael Jenkins who will coordinate distribution.

Thanks to all who have agreed to help out so far.

We need more volunteers please, it's better to have more so we can switch shifts so one person isn't stuck doing the task all day.

If we do not get enough volunteers by Friday we may have to cancel the Funfly or Postpone.

Don’t rely on the dépanneur close by because they run out.

Will pickup the soft drinks, ice tea and juice. Not sure about the small bottles of water. Walmart has their brand called Great Value 500ml. Is this what you mean by small? As for the soft drinks I guess Super C should have competive prices.
