I made a mistake on the wind direction and had trouble getting my Extra 260 to land. Lucky for me LucT was close by and brought her down smoothly into the wind as I should have.

C'était normal, très heureux de vous avoir épargné des soucis avec cette belle maquette.

Funny when I was completing my Master degree at UdeM I was a volunteer ski patroller for years, kinda like that feeling of helping others - finding solutions is the story of my life.

Just two remarks, I never realized that you were filming! Never saw that camera or notice anything so it was a total surprize to see the video!

Second...I was going to leave the site, it was a total coïncidence that I was available. However I must admit that I was beginning to suspect that you were having some issues with the ARF as I saw that you were trying to land a few times.

I usually have the video cube on my hat to film but it wasn't cooperating so I just left it recording on the fence post. I would like to think that at one point, I hope I would have realised I was coming in, in the wrong wind direction.

Anyways it makes for a nice Hallmark moment.
