WIMAC PASSWORD RESET

If Club members are having trouble signing in, please follow the instructions below. It is essential you maintain access to the member's section of our website to receive important notifications such as changes of gate combination, Field closures, etc. Please keep a record of your username and password in a secure way.

Since passwords are encrypted, WIMAC officials cannot reset your password for you - you have to do it yourself.

What you need is:
Your WIMAC website username (which we* can give you if you have forgotten):
Your email address that is used on the WIMAC website (we* can change that for you if your email address has changed or, if you use more than one email address, we can let you know which one you use for WIMAC).

Here is how to reset your password if you are having trouble logging in:

In the login window, enter your WIMAC username, and leaving the password field blank, click Login. In the next Window that appears, Click "here".
Enter your email address recorded at WIMAC and follow the instructions to receive a temporary password and to set a new password.
You may need to check your spam filters and folder if you do not see the password reset email in your inbox within a few minutes.
