After two live chats with customer service at Banggood, 1. Floyd 2. Alexandra who is very sorry for my problem, as was Floyd, she suggested I send another written complaint to customer service which I did Friday. Today I received another email...high priority...from Wen at customer service telling me that he has received my complaint (no kidding) and that Banggood is restocking the wings and that I will receive them but I have to wait for two weeks. Where have I heard that before? This is no longer sad. It has become hilarious. At Xmas I think I'll send a letter to Santa! I would think twice before I make a major purchass from Banggood in the future.

Wise decision, small parts etc... Ok from China, I'd stick to buy from local hobby shops for larger stuff. :)
