Je l'espère que tu vas jeter les pants et le cowl.
En ce moment donné ton avion serais une merveille.
PS. Bien sûr que le moteur serait un boxer.

I had one of those RCGuys Decathlons and always liked it. Those high wing fabric covered planes (Decathlon, Citabria, Taylorcraft) just look good to me, especially the clipped wing versions that allow for some level of aerobatics. Unfortunately, it went down in the woods and was shredded by passing through a tree or two...
Enjoy!

A mon avis, 40cc ne suffisent pas. Mon Decathlon:

as 40cc.

Un avion habillé et sans un boxer, c'est bien bizarre, mais, de gustibus non disputandum est.

Will start engine first, then I'll cut the cowl to fit, I'll do your recommendation and run the spark plug leas outside the cowl and cut a hole on each side for the plug connectors.

Started the motor today while neighbor was cutting his lawn with a lawn tractor, the noise of the plane blended in so not to annoy other neighbors.
The engine started after the seventh flip of the prop.
Now just waiting for the wing struts and then the maiden:)

Good one - I will have to remember the neighbor lawn equipment/engine test trick. That is, if I ever wean myself off electric:)

It's cowl time, to avoid cutting up the cowl the spark plugs and silicone muffler pipe extension protrude through the cowl.
Two plugs and two tubes, one on each side.

Well it flew yesterday, :) required some right aileron trim, about 4 clicks..
I will investagate why, perhaps rudder sticking or wing warp.
