My new toy :) :

My intention is to modify the wing with no dihedral and to use a gas engine (EVO 10GX2).

Good luck with the build Daniel. I had a 60 size in the 80's it was a straight forward build.
It's good to take off most of the dihedral as on top this is an older design trainer with a flat bottom wing which is prone to get moved around when it's windy.

Thank You Kevin! I started with this model because is my first with mechanical engine and also I still need to practice and improve my pilot skills . My electric Sensei is good but not for all seasons / weather. So I started:

Very busy last week but finally advanced a little bit my build .
Finished the two fuselage sides and prepared and checked the plywood formers. Now, I am ready to join the two fuselage parts .

Very nice flying model, I trained many pilots with those PT20 and PT40.
Here is an old PT20 owned by a friend and I modified and installed floats to teach him on float flying.
It was powered with an OS 32FSR.
I still have it here but now back on wheels, its very old but still in top shape :D

Hey Daniel, your Sensei could handle the plastic skis, you can fly it on nice winters days when the wind is not too strong.
Teds Hobby sells them, they are light weight.

You'll have to get some trike skis as the PT40 is not a tail dragger.

I already bought skis in autumn but had to repair Sensei a little and the needed parts doesn't come so fast. Then some lack of time...
Thanks Michael

I wish to use an gas engine ( EVOE10GX2) and also to modify a little bit the wing by canceling the dihedral and use 2 ailerons servos in place of a central one.
Thanks Paul

When I will finish it (the PT-40), the skis will be likely not required But I will keep the ideas for the next winter.
Thank you a lot guys!

Thank You a lot guys!
Even if for the moment I haven't so much available time, I do my best to advance my build.
