Hi,
I wanted to visit Old Rhinebeck for a long time and I finally did it this weekend. The best thing is that this weekend was also the 49th annual RC Jamboree so I was also able to have a few flights with my 2 Fokker. I recommend any airplane crazy to visit the place. Seeing real and replica of WW1 airplane fly was very enlightening.

Here are links to my pictures.

VEry nice pics Xavier. Love those old biplanes, I'm thinking of building one of those as a next project.

Go for it Kevin ! With the large wing area, they behave very well at low speed. I love flying mine. One issue when building them is to avoid making the tail heavy as the nose is usually very short and it could be difficult to get the proper cg without adding a lot of weight in the cowl.

Richard no ARF for me.

Xavier I'm thinking more like the DH82 Tiger moth, between the wars no gun and aerobatics, maybe the Clark Industries with a NGH 38cc 4 stroke.

just check this out

Nice video Kevin. I see that I should be more aggressive with my Tigermoth :-)

Very nice Tiger Moth, I see it's an old Pilot kit, well built. Probably Udisco still has one around;) The Clark one seems nice but pricey at 900$

I recognize MAVIP field but I think there is another very nice one in your pics?

The other pictures where taken by Paul G in Lachute.
I flew it twice in 2009 and then it waited until a few weeks ago for the next one. It only has 8 flights total. Too many planes, not enough time :-)
