Tarek, I'm way behind schedule! Between work and home the hobby has taken a backseat. We've been doing home renos. Finished the basement and added fourth bedroom. I thought the same thing about the fuel consumption!

Work area is temporary storage, but the toilet will be only about 10 steps away! A buddy of mine installed a urinal in his garage to avoid running inside while working on his race-car.

We need to get you that sailboat now that the weather is getting better...
