Since migrating to our new ISP late last fall, we've had issues with using accents when the databases were moved over.
By default, WIMAC's new ISP uses UTF-8 charset instead of ISO-8859-1 and I finally had the time to figure out which configurations (PHP, Apache, MySQL, vBulletin) needed to be aligned to make the accents work again.
All the existing forum messages that had accents in them will appear as "?" or maybe "," in some cases, so they're messed up (like they have always been since we moved over) but going forward, accents and special characters (like Word style appostraphies) should now appear properly...
