I am gluing the back wing to its place ( nothing holds it below on the aerosta .40 ) it's balsa wood I think

Wood to wood use Elmer's white glue or epoxy.
High vibration areas (motor mount, firewall) use epoxy (15 or 20 minutes)
Pieces that match very tightly use CA glue (Zap, etc.) thin.
For CA hinges use CA glue (of course!), two or three drops each side. Do not overdo it with the hinges or they will become brittle at the hinging point and break.
For the entire area where the engine mounts use epoxy diluted with rubbing alcohol. Paint the whole area to avoid fuel rotting the wood.
White glue is excellent for wood but it takes a while to set. Epoxy is the best because because is slightly flexible. CA is for field repairs, it hardens very britttle and is not my favorite.
I assume the "back wing" you talk about is the stabilizer.

That's what I use some times (Alphatic resin) very easy to sand. If a big or long surface use the Alphatic and tack it with CA on the ends and middle.

Thanks guys. I ordered on eBay 2 different epoxy glues: 5m and 90m epoxy. I will use the 90m because I read that it's more elastic. I will keep the 5m for fast little reparations. Thanks all again!
Ps: I looked all the glues on YouTube, epoxy looked very good
