I would recommend to put the fuel tank higher. The middle of the tank should be on line with the engine carburetor. The rest seems OK and the engine runs pretty good and starts easy. Later on, without upsetting yor neighbors, try it at full speed for one minute to be sure it doesn't conk out at high revs.
Do not let oil get into the bare balsa.
The fuel tank should be wrapped in foam to avoid the fuel from foaming.
