Guys, I received this link from the Toronto club I used to fly with.

They have a grass field and are willing to go with something similar to Wimac.
Wimac has a lot of experience with this type of runway, but I felt this was an interesting link to ignite the runway expansion discussion...

Interesting. They don't seem to prepare the runway bed with fine gravel. I also think the weeds will grow through.
What runway expansion?

One season it will be full of rips due prop strikes.
Geo~textile is not as strong as the WIMAC pulp &paper conveyor belt.

Weeds will not come thru Albert is made for that. Thar's what they use for gardening.

I've used it in the past, weed come through after a while.
