Ready for winter

The Stearman is ready, just have to run the engine tomorrow in my back yard, then take the wheels off and install the skis. She is all balanced and ready to go. To my surprise she balanced right on the money even after the repairs.

The skis are quite easy to install on my 60cc Pitts ... It's a good year-around plane. The smoke fluid was rather viscous last winter though ... perhaps diesel will be better in the winter.
