Yes you can see as soon as you log in the difference !
something to do with servers i guess :)
Website resides on a shared server, with other paying customers.
So other websites/users will potentially impact the performance of the server and in turn affect our website to a degree.
If you (we) do not like it, we can always pay more.. At the moment the costs for the ISP are something like $4/month. Costs for more "dedicated" performance will increase considerably.
For example, switching to a dedicated VM at another ISP, the costs for 500 MHz of CPU, 1GB of RAM, 20 GB of disk space and 300 GB of monthly traffic is $16.95/month.
Switching to real dedicated physical hardware with a Celeron 1.8GHz would be $80/month for the basic model and $140.00/month for the next one up from that with Dual Core CPU....
So you can see it can quickly escalate for the size of our membership, I think we are getting a good deal (www.justhost.com):
Unlimited GB's of Space*
Unlimited GB's of Transfer*
Unlimited Domain Hosting
Unlimited E-Mail Accounts
Unlimited MySQL Databases

We are fine , it's rare that we slow down , no need to spend the extra .
I think we are getting a good deal.
