Since I did my 1st order to HK I'd like to know how to track it?
They gave me a tracking # but I think it's just for them. The status is Shipped and I got emails confirming that it was.
Any of you who orders all the time know how?

Hi Kevin....I ordered some things from HK last week. Along with their order acknowledgement they sent a tracking number (mine begins with EA then numbers then ends in HK). If this is what you have it can be tracked at "Canada Post Tracking". Just insert the tracking number in the box provided. Mine took a couple of days before their was any "news" but now it shows the goods are in transit from Mississauga. Hope this works for you.

Go to your account on the HK site and follow the tracking link on the order. You normally have to enter the tracking number manually, but at least you have the site. If the last two characters of the tracking number are "HK", then you will be sent to http://app3.hongkongpost.com/CGI/mt/enquiry.jsp, if SG then the Singapore equivalent, etc.
Once CanadaPost takes possession of the package you can go to CanadaPost.ca and enter the same tracking number there. Until it arrives in Canada the CanadaPost site won't recognize the number.

It takes on average 10 days to arrive from HK
Best I had was seven days for a small order with no LIPO.
Worst was 14 days. Pretty good.

It seems like they assign the tracking number when they pack it, but it doesn't get to the post office for a couple of days.

I had some shipped with Swiss Post from HK.

Until it says it's at the destination country, you won't see it on Canada post.
