I think it is called like this.

Can someone explain to me how does it work ?
Where do I find how to send something there ?
Do I need an account, do I have to give them advance notice ? what is the procedure ?

I need to order something from the US(not hobby related) but they only ship to US. So I figured I could use that method.
Anyone that could guide me, it would be greatly appreciated.

And, are they open late during week days too ?

Thanks.

Unless the shipper is using USPS, it is very straight forward. UPS is prefered.

Make sure your name is labelled on the package:

John Doe
1320 State Rt 9
Champlain, NY 12919-5007

Hours are Monday to Friday (not weekends) from 8am to 7pm. Obtain tracking number from shipper and use that to determine when package has been delivered to the warehouse. They will not call you. When you go to pickup your package, have your tracking number just in-case and depending upon the weight of the package you will pay around $3-$10 per parcel.

For USPS, you need to fill out a form in advance and get a personalized number, see their website (http://freeportforwarding.com/index.htm)...
