Hi All,
Just to note that some of us found the windsock pole leaning over today, by about 30 degrees. We discovered that the platform holding the pole is rotting away in the moist soil. For obvious safety reasons Richard R and I pushed the windsock pole over to the ground.
Regards,
Dan

After seeing it I think you will agree that it needs to be replaced entirely.

Is the palette rotten or the metal pole?
If it's just the pallette, I can get one.

It was placed on a wooden pallet somebody donated. If someone has one please bring it in!

I think I might be able to get a plastic pallette.

There is a bunch of left over pressure treated lumber in the second parking lot that could be used to make a new platform. Just needs some screws.

It's just the palette, it's completely rotten... A plastic one would be great.

I always purchase at Brault and Martinneau. Prices are good, salesmen hungry and you can pay in installments. In your way to WIMAC (next year....:):D:D) stop and see...
Perfect example of thread drift....
I just realized by Andrew's posting that we can boast about having a plane and heli flying areas, two parking lots and lots of members... Maybe MacDo will open a shop there...
