Hello
Wimac hobbyist, I am an Rc helicopter nut, started with the Blade MSR, moved onto the Blade McpX and now slowly destroying the Blade SR. I realize I need more guidance and I am looking forward to seeing what Wimac can offer. My next helicopter project will be to build a Furion 450. I need to better understand what electronics I will want to have when I am ready to build.
I am a MAAC member.
Thank you
Hope to meet some of you at the Fun Fly

Now that I watched you guys flying at the Fun Fly today I am forgetting about the Furion 450 and looking at the 500 or 550 size.
Mario, I am sure it was you I watched fly today, very very impressive, aside from Nicks display, you rocked out there.

Mario's last flight was epic! He waited for most everyone to leave then let it rip...

Thank you. And you are right.
If you spend ANY money on a new heli, just get the 550. Nothing less.
Anything smaller, and you will want to upgrade later on. To this day, owing all sizes out there, the 550 is by far the best flying machine for all kinds of reasons.
It flies as big as a 600, easy enough to see in the air, and uses still only 1 battery. Great power to weight ratio. I am only flying on idle 1 so far, not even idle 2. It has plenty of power.
And parts are still almost the same price like a 500 or 450 besides blade prices...

LOL, thanks Rich. I guess after seeing Nick fly, I got more and more comfortable.
Daring to do more of the stuff that come easy to me on the sim.
I have to agree, the last flight I had before we left, is the best so far I have done to date at wimac.
Just picked up the 700E from Nick. Imagine all that at a 700 size
Scary.lol
