Hi Guys
I recently purchase a software called Dashware.
It simply adds gauges to the video reading my GPS datas live from my Contour GPS cam.
I can edit or create my own gauges too.
It will be a fun addon to my videos but more work to edit them. :D
On this small video sample I use the supplied gauges and I edited them to my liking.
On this video I have the Airspeed in KM/H Heading and Altitude AGL in Feet.
There are so many to choose from its fun. :)
Will keep me busy on rain days I guess. :D

Hi Guys
Here is a small video of my contour GPS HD cam that I was testing on my Parkzone T-28 to see if it could take the weight and it did very well. :)

I think I see Mike Jenkins Tango at 4:44 in the glider video shot from my glider with Ricardos camera. It's the white object near the middle of the frame, bit to the left. It also seems to be in the right location, hard to see because I was doing a roll. Note that it appears to be a white blur due to the camera resolution and bright sunlight, likewise the plane flying below me also appears white, however, it is mostly yellow. Seems the Tango landed a bit farther than the location we had searched.

I don't think so. I replayed the video and map it to google earth to locate the exact position. Here's what I came up with.
I think this is what you saw:

This is the frame from the video:

And this is the view from google earth (rotated to fit the video):

That cam angle give us a perfect perspective:cool: but the alt is maybe a bit to high.

...but then the plane would be in the opposite area it was searched, far away...
The resolution of the camera is excellent. Perhaps another flight without the camera swings left and right...
