Hobby King!!! I am just warning everyone that their service deserves an F in my book. I had over 38 orders. I have place 2 last orders with them over $400 and had horrible experiences both times. One of them; my warning is if they don't have something in stock; do not place your order as backorder. They will give you a credit rather than a refund. The phone number listed on their site is to make their service looks good. It is impossible to talk to anyone. When I email them regarding an order, I did not even get a response. If you look at their return policy (if they even honor it) you have to ship the item back to them at your expense and pay for another shipping fee to get it back to you. So before you try to save a few bucks, think about the potential headache you have to deal with.
In comparison, I have dealt with www.himodel.com and their service is way beyond expectation.

I have had mixed results. Over the last 9 months I have had 10 orders, all filled and delivered except one where they missed counted a battery as I ordered 4 and got 3 but it was only a $6 battery. I had two questions answered by e-mail within a few days and I called their customer support once to add an extra item to an order and it worked superbly. They have had delivery issues recently as a) Chinese New Year caused chaos and b) the move to a new warehouse also caused chaos. I think they also ran down their inventory prior to the move, just look at the battery comparison chart and 60-70% of batteries listed are out of stock. I hope they recover their reputation soon.

Twelve orders, all OK. The last one is 4 day late, but is now shipped.
I am not talking about products quality. That's another story.
Sorry for your problems David.

Hi, sad about that David. I only order what they have in stock... Ya Mick their last bit of excitement has had delays on my last order. I know they will get back on track soon. Big business selling batts at that incredible low cost.

Gentlemen, in case you are not aware, the last couple of weeks they are moving to a new much bigger warehouse in order to keep up with demand. They are about 35 people working there with overwhelming amount of orders.
The move has caused them to be behind in schedule and occasionally screw up some orders. Keep in mind the amount of people ordering just batteries from them ...
So be patient at the moment. I am not justifying the situation, just updating you of what's going on...
