These are pictures taken at the second WIMAC winter indoor flying. Some pictures are taken from a video screengrab so not too clear. Another great evening of super fun with everyone. A great turnout once again, thanks to all participants.

Last night I tried to do just a small video clip of a couple shots but my software closed down twice, maybe the HD is too demanding on my PC for editing multiple clips.
I will keep trying and see how it goes, if not I will have just a bunch of individual clips. :)

Here is a small video clip of the WIMAC second winter indoor flying session.
Its in HD and no sound, I seem to be having a PC memory problem to edit the video clips with sound for now. I will work on a solution for a better video.
Lots of pilots flying planes and helis having a great time again.
At 2:18 you can see a mid air crash

I will work on more little clips I guess or at least try :D

At the time of this post the video was still being process so it might not be clear yet. Click on full screen it in HD

It was another good turnout, both for the flying and dinner afterwards.

Videos are great. Now we need another perspective. I have a FlyCamOne2 - maybe I will try it on my Clik next week - it will be an extra ounce, but hopefully O.K. for a couple of flights. Might be easier to stick it on the bottom of the Yak Biplane - will yours be in shape again for next week Dwight?

My BypYak should be fine for next week Andrew ... a rolling circle should be great with a flycam!

Great pictures and videos, thanks. Just did the final tally and 20 pilots this week. Great fun including some spectacular near misses and some not.

If we continue to get this number of pilots we may need to modify the peg system to make it fair as we had a few people with only one peg. It was pointed out to me that most sessions have less than 6 aircraft flying as people are repairing or not just paying attention, too much chatting? One suggestion was that if there are 7 pegs but only the first 6 in the air are allowed to fly. He who is slow or fixing has to miss the slot. Would this be preferable to a reduced flying time per person? Views please.

I suggest that all the airplanes fly together in the first 5 minutes. The ones that survive will be allow to fly in the other sessions :-)

I second that ,then more slot time for helis :D
I was planning on getting a P-51 too but there are already enough planes flying. :)
