The West Island Model Aeronautics Club 2009 AGM will be held at:

The meeting is at 7:30 pm but all are welcome for supper at 6:00 pm. Please register for supper at this site.

The 32nd avenue is the extension of A20 south of A13. To get to the parking turn right at the third traffic light (St-Antoine) and then right again in the parking behind the restaurant.

This is the formal meeting for the year. The budget for 2010 will be approved, and club officers elected.

La rencontre annuelle du club Wimac sera tenu mercredi le 25 novembre au Resto 12 (Brasserie 12) au 625 32e avenue, Lachine. La rencontre est a 19h30. Ceux qui veulent souper a 18h00. doivent s'inscrire sur ce site.

La 32eme avenue est la suite de la 13 au sud de la 20. A partir de la 20 il faut tourner a droite sur St-Antoine ( 3e feu) et tourner a droite au stationnement du resto.

Il s'agit de la réunion officielle pour l'année. Le budget pour 2010 sera approuvé, et les agents de club élu.

The AGM went very well tonight with about 30 members present (about 25 for supper). Thanks again to all who attended! In general all the same executive was elected with a few more directors added ... new field directors, a new training coordinator and a new indoor director was elected ... the details will be posted shortly ... just to keep those who didn't attend in suspense ...

Suite à la réunion d'hier, les frais d'abonnement à Wimac pour adulte ont été majoré à 125$ par année.

Cette augmentation est nécessaire pour permettre au club d'améliorer notre terrain tout en évitant les déficits de ces deux dernières années.

Je tiens à rappeler que l'abonnement offre la possibilité aux membres de piloter au club à l'année longue en plus de piloter à l'intérieur pour 11 soirée de janvier à mars.

A membership fee increase to 125$ per adult was approved last night at the AGM.

The increase will be used to improve our field and to avoid the deficit of these last two years.

The membership covers year round flying at the club as well as 11 evenings of Indoor flying from January to March.
