Yea they do,
I do have a buddy that live in Switzerland and he is a
turbine jet Rc flyer and a rocket laucher man.

You should see how big his rocket are. Sometime 10 feets
and more as heigh goes. Yea, you have gues it, he is
a space engineer and work for NASA in a varieties of project for space discovery missions.

Amazing to see a lauch betwen those very deep valley's...
It is like seeing the Space shuttle on lift-off...

In Germany it is very common to see guys in lifts with RC gliders going up the Alps, there is a huge glider industry in GErmany and a lot of companys do their testing in Summer. Some of them have wingspanns of over 3.5m but awsome to see them fly.
