It has been a tradition for several years now to celebrate the arrival of summer with a Picnic-Fly-in.
It works like this: we celebrate it Saturday 20th. or Sunday 21st.
We bring food, some refreshments (wine and beer is for after you stowed your planes in the car), your significant other, and we stay after 6 PM. or until the mosquitoes drive all of us crazy.
In previous years there were a lot of participants. The tradition was started by Mike Pawlowsky (MIA) and some veterans of WIMAC participate gladly.
If you are planning to BBQ remember the propane tank is missing but I think the Treasurer will pay for it in anticipation of the Funfly. It must be brought home, not left at the field. Ronald?
If there is interest we can have a few contests...
Vote in the poll....:p
