If we may say so... this is a great club specially because of its members.
Lately we have acquired a large number of helicopter pilots.
We fly everything under the sun: gassers, glow, electrics.
Since we are in a urban area we try to keep our neighbors happy regarding noise, etc.
All there is to know about the club is here in its Web site.
Why don't you introduce yourself, tell us what you fly, level of proficiency, whe you flew before, etc.
And you can visit a fair number of members next Tuesday, the last indoor flying day. See the details in the home page. We go for beer after...
Welcome!

Thanks for the reply, Im 34 and this will be my second year of flying. I presently have 1 plane the (Showtime Mini) and 1 helicopter the (Trex 500) i fly only electrics for now. I had a blade 400 before i upgraded to the trex 500. Last year i was mainly flying in vaudreuil in a field. I plan to go to the club on the next nice day to check it out.

HA, I used to see you flying in Vaudreuil, across from the AMT train parking lot a few times a week.
Do you own a white car?

Like the Logo.
Welcome. I flew a few times at Vaudreuil before, back with Jordan, Larry , Robin and the gang but honestly, after I got serious about the hobby, I prefer to fly in a more controlled environment and not where accidents if they happen could escalate to something horrific....
I think you will like the environment.
I usually fly Sundays and maybe a few Saturday afternoons work permitted.
I plan to be there Sunday if weather is ok and maybe Saturday afternoon.
We usually post when we go so others can join if they can. After all it's not fun flying alone, at least for me.
Mario.

So i went to the field today with a friend, Looks like it will be a great place to fly and meet people. I was a bit worried about the size of the heli field but it looks to be a perfect size for my Trex 500...I have a question though about where you have to stand when flying and when flying the plane do you have to be behind thoses fences?
Thanks

The Heli section is getting a bit of work done this summer with moving a bit the heli pad so we can have sufficient space both left and right from where the pilot would be.
The weather has to get better and we'll get on it.
Glad you liked it.
Also once you get used to it, the heli area will be enough to fly. I was worried too in the beginning but you get used to it and after the changes it will be much better too.

Hi Marco,
I saw you today at the field I had the trex 450 and shuttle normally we stand when flying a little bit further than the tables our back to the runway. When weather get better we will have one or 2 both for the pilots to stand in attached is a 3d photo of what we will have
