Anybody can start a survey...

Fire it up....

I propose:
1) Start when we can get the gym.
2) Let's get the gym earlier.
3) Let's get the gym earlier even if members have to pay extra.

We currently have it booked for the same period as last year ... Tuesday nights from January to March ... 11 weeks total. To have the same budget as last year for the club ... the members would have to pay extra if the gym was rented for more sessions. We could have a vote at the AGM for an earlier start.

Maybe once a month in October, November and December would be enough. (second Tuesday)
People would have to commit to it in advance and pay even if they change there mind at the last minute.
The 160$ would be shared by the participants of each session.
Minimum 10 pilots to say it's a go (dead line to define with the school dead line)

example: 10 pilots = 16$ per pilot

Just a suggestion
